This method can ensure that multiple parties can be included from the outset and a facilitated workshop with pre-agreed agenda can be a very efficient forum for uncovering the key challenges and thoughts on resolution.
Frequently a workshop-style session away from the "coal-face" of the business can allow new approaches and idea to be explored in an atmosphere that is conducive to a solution mindset. Sometimes the obvious can be anything but obvious!
